While the upper level includes large master bedroom that has an attached master bathroom with double vanity and two secondary bedrooms with good size closets that share the full bathroom located in the hallway. There is also a linen closet, utility room with washer/dryer hook-ups on the same floor as the bedrooms.

Pet Policy
For each uncaged (dog or cat) pet living in the unit, we charge a $400.00 Pet Fee (Non-Refundable) for the first pet and a $250.00 Pet Fee (Non-Refundable) for the second pet. In addition, there is a monthly pet rent. During the application process, we require your pet's inoculation records, city licensing ID number, and a photo of the pet for our records. We do not have any weight or breed restrictions (check with the city on breed restrictions).

$50.00 per month for second pet
Pet Rent, Pet Fees are Non-Refundable and Non-Negotiable! Prices are subject to change at any time.For each caged pet living in the unit, we charge a $300.00 Pet Fee (Non-Refundable) for the first pet and a $150.00 Pet Fee (Non-Refundable) for the second pet. There is not monthly fee for Caged Pets Fish are excluded from the caged pet fees, but all tanks must be under 50 gallons.
